I recently had an unfortunate experience with Sharaf DG that has left me disappointed and frustrated. It revolves around their gift card refund policy, which I believe is a clear case of deceptive practices.

Upon returning an item and expecting a straightforward refund, I was issued a gift card instead of the cash refund I anticipated.

While this alone is inconvenient, the real issue lies in the restrictions placed on the use of the gift card. Sharaf DG states that the gift card can be used for any purchase, but there's a catch that they conveniently fail to disclose upfront.

The gift card, it turns out, cannot be used for any future promotions. This limitation significantly diminishes the value of the gift card, turning what should be a flexible form of compensation into a restrictive trap. It's disheartening to see a company resort to such tactics, withholding crucial information from customers until after the transaction has taken place.

What's particularly frustrating is the lack of an option to receive the refund in cash.

I am not mobile. And the sound bar is too big to transport to a store.

The issue with the soundbar is that the source keeps changing on it and it turns on and off without command.

The First time I lodged, the call center promised me a technician would arrive at my home to check the device in the environment it Is in now, but instead of a technician, a courier was sent to my home to collect the soundbar, twice.

Both times, I told the courier guy that the call center said a technician would come. Needless to say nothing happened.

A few weeks ago I lodged a fresh complaint to which I've been following up on. Since a technician is not approved, I am fine with the courier. But now apparently sharaf dg doesn't send couriers anymore???

This is ridiculous.

I bought a product. It doesn't work properly. It was delivered and assembled in my home.

But no one has come to collect it. I should have just given it to the courier guy the first time when they promised to send a technician.

As he as created wassup business number which clearly mentioned your company name with your website so and on top he also said he is holding your company current account in Kodak bank so I transfered 5000 booking amount but later I due my family issues I requested to cancel the transaction and return back my money but now he is not responding my calls.

Requesting you to please investigate this fraud person as I trusted your company name and website so I transfered my money but it fraudulent activities done by him.

Please help me to catch this culprit person who used ur company name and your website to do such fraudulent activities.
